Hi @juana, welcome to the Community!
Only one receipt image/file can be attached to an expense at a given time. However, if you need to attach additional files, you can add them as Report Attachments.
Files added as attachments can be found in the Documents section located under the Receipt Thumbnails section on your report.

I do not have that Document option on my menu. How can I get it?

Hey @juana, it looks like you're not the report submitter. Only the report submitter can add Documents to reports right now. You'll need to reject the report back, and have the report submitter add the Document there!

How can I get my account to show that I am the Report submitter as well as the billing owner?
-
Hey @juana sorry I wasn't clear! The report submitted is the person who actually created and submitted the report. That can't be "changed" - it's like being the person who sends you an SMS, or an email!
You'll need to have that person themselves, who sent you the report, add the Document to the report

It was me.
I heard back on chat that: We see that you are the Billing Owner for the group policy called jvgarbett.
Since you are a member of this policy, you can submit reports to this policy as well. Please send me more details about your workflow and what you're trying to accomplish so that I can give you the best advice.

Hey @juana,
Got it! Yes, while you can absolutely submit reports under your policy, you will only be considered the "report submitter" for reports that you create and submit yourself from your own account. Does that make sense? It sounds like you're working with Concierge on this one already, so at this point I would suggest you continue using that thread if you have more questions!
