I just want to thank you so much. As a single mom on Snap with a toddler and 9 month old this was a blessing to receive. I'm in new york suffolk county and its bad over here. All the WIC formulas I'm allowed on my card are sold out because they allowed people to buy them in cases and forgot us WIC moms rely on those to feed our kids. They didn't put a limit on them. Thanks to your help i can now get my daughter formula and pay for it. Your angels doing Gods work.

@AndiC - welcome to the Community! If your Report has been submitted under the Hunger Policy and is in the processing status, then you've submitted it correctly. Please keep in mind that our team have received a large volume of reimbursement requests, so it may take a few days to receive a response.

hi Jason! Apparently my report was submitted as a normal expense and not under the hunger policy. The auto concierge has been trying to tell me steps to get it fixed, but Im unable to using safari on an iPhone. I don’t have a computer. Is this something that can be fixed an admin, by chance? I’m thoroughly confused every tome the concierge issues another set of instructions. Any help You could offer would be much appreciated!! Thank you again!!

I looked into this for you but I can see that you do have Report that has been submitted to the Hunger Policy.
I see that your report is still being processed -- that means that our team is reviewing the report.
As you can imagine, there are thousands of families in need right now, so we're processing all reports in the order in which they were received.
Hang in there, we'll do our best to get your reimbursement to you as soon as possible!

I've been in processing for a almost a week. I know everyone is busy but does it take this long? I've seen others that submitted the same day and already got theirs.

Too .much of a hassle. They require you to do too much. As soon as you think you're done they require you to do something else

Zany- thank you for your quick reply! Through trial and error, I was able to successfully submit my report about an hour after I requested help here on the forum. I am relieved to know that I did it correctly, though! Thank you for checking and I appreciate all your help!! Have a great weekend :)
