Adding Documents Through the Mobile App

It would be great if users had the ability to add documents through the mobile app. The majority of our users are on the road all the time and create/update reports primarily, if not entirely, through the mobile app. Having to hold a report because they need to remember to attach a separate document later through the desktop app is cumbersome and inefficient. Thanks!

    Just out of curiosity, would you be referring to additional receipts, or simply supporting pieces of documentation for an expense report?

    Hi Jason-

    Either case, actually (additional receipts or supporting documentation). Our mobile users have run into both.

    One example is if they need to attach sign-in sheets for large events/trainings and it doesn't make sense for them to fill out the Attendee field (e.g if they host a luncheon for 35+ people).
