Is there a way to program the "Location" to be a choice in each individual Expense (with Category, Customer, Description) instead of it being a dropdown choice in the Expense Report

Welcome to the Community @Debbie_U1 ! Yes, Locations can be imported into Expensify as a Report Field or, if you export reimbursable expenses as Journal Entries and non-reimbursable expenses as Credit/Debit Card then you can choose to import Locations as Tags.
