When assigning a card, it states "oops, credentials have expired!" This is all it says... no "how-to fix" suggestions, etc.
Hi @Journals, welcome to the Community! An obvious question, but have there been any changes to the credentials you use to connect to your online banking portal? When assigning a new card, the credentials used to set up the connection are used to retrieve card information.
I have several Capital One cards already set up. I was trying to add the new cards that have been added to that account. It is working now - I tried to "Import Card/Bank" again and it corrected the issue.
