While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. Is expensify still remimburusing people with EBT receipts?

Hello. Just curious my stuff been processing for a week. Are you folks still reimbursing people?

    I have been processing since 20th. So not sure. Some that approved in 3 days that filed this week but prior we are still waiting.

    @Jeremiah808 and @Andreia -- Expensify.org/hunger is powered by donations and a small team dedicated to helping those who submit reports under the program. Currently the funds for this program are running low and we're only able to reimburse a small number each day.

    We're working hard to drive funds towards the program and are committed to reviewing and reimbursing each report submitted properly.

    Right now we're working through reports submitted on the 20th of March and going in the order they were submitted. No one is getting skipped and we've reimbursed over 1000 families so far, with another 3000 waiting in the wings.

    Please know we're trying our hardest to help everyone who submitted and we will get to your report as soon as we possibly can. As long as your report is in the Processing state, submitted on the Expensify.org/hunger policy, and you've added your personal bank account, then you can rest assured that it's in the queue and we will reimburse it as soon as we can.

    A couple of days ago I inquired about what the timeframe and wait period is for EBT $50 reimbursement program, as I had submitted my receipt but have never heard anything regarding my submission. Other than, when I look at it here on the App it simply says “processing.” I have no idea what that means or even if I’ve submitted everything properly. But was told the program is no longer accepting receipts/applicants, yet everything was accepted within the App, so I’m now quite confused. I don’t know if my submission was even accepted or if I can even expect the $50 reimbursement. I have found this process extremely confusing and have gotten little to no feedback from you, regarding my status. Am I waiting for ANYTHING? Or am I just spinning my wheels and not even going to receive anything at all?

    Hi @PLM1416, welcome to the Community!

    I've taken a look at your submission to ensure there are no delays with it being reviewed, and I can see that the Amount exceeds the per-family limit of $50. To ensure this is approved and not kicked back into the queue, I would recommend adjusting the amount to $50 and resubmitting.

    Fortunately, all other details look great! As you have already been accepted into the Policy, it's only a matter of time until we get to your submission and I can assure you it will be reviewed.
