It would be helpful if there was a default option for reports to always include full-page images of receipts in pdf. Thanks for considering this!

I believe that the reason why this is not defaulted is because we like to give users the choice to select whether or not they'd like full size receipts. Additionally, some users like to have a very large number of receipts on a Report, which can result in the Report potentially being too large to email to someone else if that option is selected.
However, I'd encourage you - as well as all other interested users - to upvote this Idea, so our team can keep track of it. The Ideas with the most upvotes will be considered for future product updates!
Hi @Stephanie_B1 can you tell us a little more about the problem you are looking to solve here? What the purpose of the PDF is?
Sure! My accountant suggested that I save copies of our receipts in a separate location for safe-keeping. If the pdf is attached to the report, it's easy to click on the pdf and store to a folder in google drive. If the pdf of receipts is not attached, it's considerably harder to retrieve the report with the receipts and store it. I have asked all of our employees to always attach the pdf going forward. But if there was a default I could set, we wouldn't all have to worry about remembering to do that. Any thoughts/suggestions?
Keep in mind, once that selection is made by an employee it remains "sticky" - meaning, they don't have to continue making that selection for each report.
Once they choose to include Full-page images that box will remain checked for all future reports they create.
This is the same for the checkbox to include a PDF upon submitting the report. Once they choose to select it - it will remain checked for their next report as well.
