Expense reports waiting approval by our CEO are not showing up in his inbox

Also, these reports also are not showing up under the Reports Tab as Processing

Hi @dalesheets - not sure why they wouldn't be showing up in the Inbox but they should definitely be under the Reports Tab. What filters do they have turned on in that screen? They should be looking for 'processing'.

There are a few reasons this could be, varying from approval workflow settings, filters, and personal notification settings.
Would you mind sending an example Report ID to jschuster@team.expensify.com? I'd love to take a look at what's going on!
