Expensify Sync with Quickbooks Enterprise 20

Hello,
I am having issues with the sync with QBE20.
I have narrowed down the issue is when it comes to importing /updating customers and jobs. are there any special character or other limitations with expensify?
I can't get anyone at expensify to respond to my messages. It's been well over 2 days now. My initial requests were resonded to in about 2 hours. I followed their instructions and responded back. but nothing since then. This is super frustrating!

Hi Katie, thanks, but there are about 4 noted from my chat conversation yesterday morning at 7am. So, the emails were sent well after no response from the chats. Maybe the chats are not working?
