Help!
I don't understand the above statement on reports page re: hunger = "Concierge submitted this report (via scheduled submit), automatically closed due to submit-only policy... " posted Mar 30 by concierge. Can someone please explain? Did I make some mistake? Receipts seem to have been submitted. A message: "no further action required" appears at top of page.

Jason Li Expensify Success Coach - Admin, Expensify Team, Expensify Student Ambassador Posts: 229 Expensify TeamOptionsHi @Jini - I had a look at your account, and it looks like you haven't been invited to the Hunger Policy (which is where you'll need to submit your Report).
If you've already put through a request to join, I would recommend that you navigate to your Report and click on the "Undo Close" button (at the top).
This will being your Report back to an Open status, and when you've been added to the Hunger Policy, you can then change Policies (via the top right hand side of the Report) and re-submit it.
