Expensify.org/hunger SNAP campaign status


The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. Rest assured, we’ll review every report that has been submitted per our instructions.


We're no longer accepting new participants as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. Additionally, as of July 1, 2020, we will no longer accept new report submissions from existing policy members. Thanks for your understanding!

I don't understand the above statement on reports page re: hunger = "Concierge submitted this report (via scheduled submit), automatically closed due to submit-only policy... " posted Mar 30 by concierge. Can someone please explain? Did I make some mistake? Receipts seem to have been submitted. A message: "no further action required" appears at top of page.

    Hi @Jini - I had a look at your account, and it looks like you haven't been invited to the Hunger Policy (which is where you'll need to submit your Report).

    If you've already put through a request to join, I would recommend that you navigate to your Report and click on the "Undo Close" button (at the top).

    This will being your Report back to an Open status, and when you've been added to the Hunger Policy, you can then change Policies (via the top right hand side of the Report) and re-submit it.
