Expensify-> NetSuite Integration Errors SSO and Token Based Authentication

Hi all,

I have a client who is needing to setup their Expensify to NetSuite connection and am running into a few errors on connection. These errors are occurring via SSO and TBA connections. We have reviewed the integration documentation and everything appears to be setup correctly on the NetSuite side.

The SSO login allows us to log in to our NetSuite instance, but is never able to sync.

The TBA login just produces the following error.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!
