Having problem getting new user signed in

I have a user getting the error: “not assigned to a role”. I’ve had two users now getting his error trying to log in for the first time. They DO have a role of “Employee” in Expensify. For the first person with this problem, I deleted their account and recreated it exactly the same and they were able to log in. For this second user, that hasn’t worked.

Thanks for reaching out! It looks like you might be running into an issue with your SSO provider.
In this case, can you please reach out to the admin in your company to try logging into your SSO provider and confirm that you were established a role when assigned to Expensify?
