I imported a receipt from my phone using the mobile app, but it is not giving me the option to crop the photo. Most times it does, but on occasion it does not. Any reason for this?
Ok, now it is allowing me to crop it. WEIRD!! Maybe due to some delay in processing? Thank you!

Yes, trying to do it on the website. It is an Xfinity bill.
