Error

Hello,
I am having trouble exporting some expenses and keep getting the below error?
The report was attempted to be exported to an invalid account (internal ID 114). Please ensure that the account you are exporting to (for both Journal Entries and Expense Reports) is a valid and active one.
Can anyone offer any support on how to fix this error

OK, no worries! For this particular error, Expensify cannot create a new employee/vendor record for the report submitter, and when this issue appears, it is due to the permission values of the user who is connected in NetSuite.
Please could you send us an email at [email protected] and reference this community post's URL? We'd need to take a closer look at your permissions set up in NetSuite, and for privacy reasons, it's best to troubleshoot there.
Thanks!

Welcome to the Community @Fuse_Universal_1 ! I see in the Report History & Comments there is an additional error -
"Error creating employee: Your current role does not have permission to access this record."
Can you please verify that you do have permissions to access the employee record with your current credentials used to establish this connection?
If you continue to have trouble, please reach out to [email protected] to allow us to troubleshoot this with you and not share any personal information here.

Hi Steve,
Yes I have manged to export some other reports before with no problem.
I am not sure if I have mistakenly changes something in the settings, as I have never had this error before until today.

Hello Stevie, I have the same issue. Should I check the employee record access from the NetSuite side or the Expensify side? Please Advice.
Thank you!

You need to check this on the NetSuite side. If you continue to run into trouble, feel free to reach out to us through the in-product chat or by emailing [email protected] and we can take a look at your setup.
