My Kroger Receipt EBT amount is just over $50

Does my receipt have to be at or below $50? I just got an emergency increase from EBT, prior to this, I had no balance, and only received $15 per month anyway. I have been trying to be reimbursed for several weeks. Where do I stand, do I need a purchase for $50 or less? or if I submit the receipt for $53, do I get reimbursed for $50. Thanks

    Great question! We can only reimburse up to $50, but you can go ahead and submit your receipt, and if the amount is over $50 my team will be able to adjust this when they are reviewing the submitted report. Keep in mind that the number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep our fund moving forward.
