I recently had an issue where Concierge Schedule Submitted a report but Schedule Submit is not activated for the policy. Is there a way to find out why this happened and how to prevent it in the future? What could cause a report to auto-submit if that feature is not enabled? And how to I make sure it doesn't happen again? The correct policy was in use on the report, and in the history of the report, it did say that the report was submitted by the Concierge, not the owner of the report.
