Schedule Submit

I recently had an issue where Concierge Schedule Submitted a report but Schedule Submit is not activated for the policy. Is there a way to find out why this happened and how to prevent it in the future? What could cause a report to auto-submit if that feature is not enabled? And how to I make sure it doesn't happen again? The correct policy was in use on the report, and in the history of the report, it did say that the report was submitted by the Concierge, not the owner of the report.

Hi @JYork ! Even if Scheduled Submit is disabled under the policy, the Individual can have Scheduled Submit enabled under their own account. My team will be happy to dig into this specific report if you could reach out to [email protected] with the user's name and the Report ID.

I had checked the user's settings and did not see where they had Schedule Submit enabled (I have co-pilot access). I will send an email. Thank you!
