Want to retrieve expense report ID - 59962137

Hi Team,
we want to retrieve expense report ID - 59962137 for Kathryn Norris-Jones.
It got removed from expensify.
User ID - [email protected]
This account was closed since employee was terminated but now wants to process above expense.
This was under processing status.

Hi @JusToursUSA_AP01, thanks for reaching out. I see you've already received a response from Concierge but I wanted to follow up here in case it helps another customer with the same question.
When an account is closed, reports that are in the Open and Processing state are removed, in addition to unreported expenses. Only reports that have been Approved, Reimbursed, and Closed are kept intact.
