What accounting system do you have connected to Expensify, and what scenario necessitates this functionality? The more you can tell me, the better!

Hey Rachael - we use QuickBooks Online. We have departments/classes and any expenses of the employee should go towards the department that they are in. It would be super helpful to have this be a field we can assign for each employee so that the employee doesn't have the option to change this.
Thanks for that additional info @Adrienne94 - some of the other accounting packages allow you to set that at the accounting end, so then Expensify just tells the system to use the employee default. We don't have this ability with the QuickBooks Online connection.
Does QuickBooks Online allow you to set a default class for an employee?
