Sync Manager not installing

I am having trouble getting Sync Manager to install. Opened in Admin. It will start but never seems to install. Searched for it as well and can't find it so seems to not be installing completely.

Any ideas so I can fix this?

    Hi @Hugscot, thanks for posting! I see you have started a conversation with Concierge as well so you're in contact with my team already.

    I'll share the instructions in our last reply just in case you missed them, but feel free to work 1:1 with Concierge to resolve this if you'd prefer.

    Can you make sure that .NET 3.5 is enabled on your Windows Server?

    Here are the steps to do this:

    1. Click Start and type Turn Windows features On or Off.

    2. Click Turn Windows features On or Off.

    3. If it is not enabled, click in the white check box to enable it and click Ok.

    4. Once this has been enabled, reboot your computer and try installing the Sync Manager again.
