How can I change parameters

Dear all

Reporting car expenses is actually set in miles. How can I change these parameter to Kilometers and CHF 0.70 per Kilometer spent?

Hi @Zita thanks for posting!

You can manage your Distance settings by heading to the Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Expenses > Distance page of your policy.

Please note that change the Unit and the Rate is not retroactive, so the change will only affect newly created distance expenses moving forward. Cheers!
