Is it possible to be able to track reimbursements by employee for different things and set limits or caps? I.e. for a fitness benefit reimbursement of $500/year to know when employees have hit their limit.
This is a great question. There isn't the ability to do exactly what you're describing in Expensify at the moment, but I can see how it would be useful. If you have a moment, I'd recommend adding this suggestion to our Ideas section.
For now, while you can't set a reimbursement limit based on a specific type of expense, you can set a limit for a total expense amount based on the expenses category. You can read more about how category rules work here.
