While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. If you know anyone who can donate to this campaign please encourage them to enable Personal or Corporate Karma on their Expensify account.

Have there been recent pricing changes for the Expensify subscriptions? Also, how do I see which pricing model we are using, I am the Admin on the account.

    Hi @MJC - we have made a recent price change, but it doesn't take effect until the June 1, 2020 billing. You can learn more about it here.

    The Policy Billing Owner is the only account with visibility into the billing option selected (Annual Subscription vs. Pay-per-use) as well as the billing receipt each month. If you're the policy owner, you can view these settings from the Settings > Policies > Group Subscriptions page of your account.

    If you're not the billing owner, you will see who is from the same page as I linked above, but you'll need to reach out to them to learn more about your current billing.
