FinancialForce Connection stuck on "Loading Data"
Hello,
I am attempting to make a connection to a FinancialForce PSA sandbox. I have installed the latest package and followed all instructions related to my PSA resource to ensure I can integrate. When I attempt to connect to our developer sandbox (small amount of project data), the connection works perfectly.
When I attempt to connect to our full sandbox with a large number of projects, I get stuck at the sync step in the screenshot "loading data". It keeps spinning for ~8 minutes and then gives an error "Cannot connect to FinancialForce".
Is it possible there are data limitations here? Or has anyone experienced this? Thank you!

Hi @bkonopaske! It sounds like the connection is timing out, which usually happens when you're trying to import more data than the integration can handle. Typically that limitation is around 10,000 projects.
Can you let me know how many projects you have in your full sandbox? Heads up, the integration will import all projects, not just those that are billable.

A couple stats about our full sandbox:
1) Project Count - 4,500
2) Milestone Count - 8,200
3) Assignment Count - 12,800
4) PSA Resources Count - 350
Would any of those numbers happen to cause a timeout issue? Thanks again for your assistance!
