Is there a file size restriction for updating Expensify Policy from QuickBooks Enterprise?

We use QuickBooks Enterprise 19.0 9 (QBD) hosted on Rightnetworks and for the last month we have not been able to update our 2 policies in Expensify. We are able to import reports from Expensify to QBD but when trying to sync get the "oops -- failed..." notice with no information on what failed.
I have reached out to concierge thru chat room today's answer was we had too much data to import (customers and items).
Has anyone else experienced these issues just in the past month? We went 4 months without this problem.

Hi @Context_C0ntroller - yes, there could be too many customers/items causing it to fail. It could be when you're running it, or what's running at the same time. I would suggest trying again early or late in the day with nothing else on your computer running. It's about that amount of customers/items and how long it takes to import them - so it's a combination of things that might cause it to fail.
If you continue to have trouble, I would suggest continuing to work with Concierge where more account details can be shared.

Thanks Stevie. I will try to do the update at an odd time and reach out to Rightnetworks to find out good times for their system to be free, since they host us.
