Where can I find an article on how to tag a whole report at once?

I am writing up instructions for our contractors on how to use expensify. I know they will be annoyed by the number of tags I have set up so I'm looking for a document that explains how they can tag everything in a report at the same time.

Hi @lynettec - It sounds like you might be interested in setting up report fields. These are used when all expenses on one report pertain to the same job, location, department, etc. Please see the attached Community post for specific details.
