how do I begin inviting employees to send their expenses?

Hi, @Leticia ! Once you have set up a group policy, you can invite employees by going to Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy name] > People and then clicking the Invite button. This will allow you to invite employees and amend their welcome message, which they will see in their email.
