How do I resolve the following error:

I have clicked Reconnect and followed the prompts, but it won't reconnect.

Hi, @Kmacadam ! Can you let me know more specifically what happens when you click reconnect and try to follow the flow? Does it just end up back at this message without responding?
Can you also try clicking "Do not connect to QuickBooks Online" and then starting the connection over again?
