We’re no longer accepting new participants as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. If you know anyone who can donate to this campaign please encourage them to enable Personal or Corporate Karma on their Expensify account.

Exciting news! We’ve recently made some changes to our Invoicing feature. You’ll now notice the ability to add Purchase Order Numbers to your invoices!

This can be toggled on/off in your policy settings:

  • For Individual policies: Settings > Policies> Individual > [Policy Name]> Invoices
  • For Group policies: Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Invoices

You can also check out this How-to post for instructions on adding Purchase Order Numbers to your invoices!

We've also removed the ability to receive payment for invoices sent from Expensify via Stripe. This connection was rarely utilized and removing it makes way for streamlined payment options in the future.

Stay tuned for additional updates to this feature, and create a new post or reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions!
