So when I got to submitting a report, I notice that the person that needs to approve is no longer with the business. With that, I've been working with the administrator to find how to make the adjustments but we're not sure how to. Would you be able to share a how-to document for report submission approval? Let me know. Thanks!

Hi @Mayu Yes - Policy Admins can modify approval workflows pretty swiftly, please see the attached Community post.
Keep in mind any updates to the policy and workflow will affect reports that are created after the update and will not re-route reports that had been created previous to the update.
