REMOVE ME, CLOSE ACCOUNT

Just received an email from you and your instructions on how to close an account is no longer valid. Please close my account permantently right away.

Could you help guide me to where these instructions are incorrect so the team can amend them please?
If it's this guide then I believe those instructions remain correct and you should be able to follow them through to their conclusion now.

There is no "close account" like the instructions say. Been trying to get this account closed for over a month, but still getting billed.

@irt I see that we've reached out to you to help with your current issue on closing your account, can you please reply to the chat as the issue you're having is related to the Domain Admin and which account you are accessing.

I have found Domain Control and am trying to cancel the account that way but it seems to just be hanging at 0%

Where is Domain Control to cancel the account? The canceling instructions are not valid and I want my account closed!

I, too, would like my account closed and the instructions I've found are not valid.
