e-receipts replacing my smartscanned receipts

Hi, a problem I've been running into is that sometimes when I smart scan my receipt, or when I forward my receipt to Expensify Receipt Forwarder, the receipt ends up showing up as an e-receipt instead of the receipt that I scanned or emailed. Do you know why this is happening?

Hi @John_kong1 thanks for posting. I wouldn't expect this to be happening at all. I took a quick look at your account and don't see any examples that exist right now or a reason why this would happen.
If you have an uncorrected example, can you share the merchant, date and amount with me so I can take a closer look?

thanks for getting back to me! We figured out the issue and corrected it. (It was actually not my account, but another staff member whose account I approve and this was happening).

I am having the same issue I shut off auto receipts but do not know if that will fixed it?
