Administrator of the account is not receiving any reports

Some of the reports say approved and some say processing. The administrator does receive anything.

It looks like you might be running into some specific trouble here. Could you write in to concierge@expesify.com to let us know more about exactly what you might be running into? Any screenshots and extra details (which report, which policy, etc) always help!
