Filters and Documentation generally...

Was trying to understand the logic of the 3 filters on the attached image...
... could not locate clear Documentation, only the community section. Its really confusing. Expensfy docs are generally really bad actually... surprising but true... you wont get an answer to an immediate question and I really have no interest in posting this right now and waiting for 10 days for someone to give me a piece of information... especially, if we are a paying company.

Sorry you're running into some trouble finding information here, @jerome_morrow .
In this case, the logic for each of these is to allow for you to search for reports that are submitted just by you, submitted by a specific user, or if submitted by any user that isn't you. The last option would be ideal if you were attempting to manage the expenses submitted by a team that you manage, and didn't want your expenses to affect the output. Here's a great article that can help you understand filters a bit better.
