Change Login E-mail

The person handling expensify has resigned from the company and I need to remove her as the contact and add myself. How do I do this.

Are you trying to take ownership of a policy? If so, and you are an admin on the policy, you can navigate to Settings > Policies > Group > click on policy name > Take over billing.
If you are not an admin, and you have the login information for the person who resigned, you can add yourself to the policy as an admin by navigating to Settings > Policies > Group > click on policy name > People.

I see you are logged into Carrie's account. Do you have your own account in Expensify under your address? If not, since you have access to Carrie's login information, you can navigate to Settings > Account > Secondary Login and add your email address as a Secondary Login, and then make it Primary. Once you address is made primary, you can remove Carrie's address altogether.

Have you tried the steps laid out by Sara above? You can add your new email address as a secondary login from your Settings > Account > Secondary Login area, and then choose to make it your Primary login. If you're having any trouble there, feel free to write in to [email protected] for more help.
