Normally on the 15th of every month our company in the UK receives our reimbursed expenses, we still haven't received a payment, it's now been four days.
Can you please advise
Hi @Charturner - this is typically a Community for discussion around bugs or improvements to the Expensify product, but it sounds more like this might be a question for your internal admin or finance team! If you're late getting reimbursed, or need to chase up approvals, feel free to add a comment to your report to query this with whomever is now shown in the To field.
