Hi @te12! This error may mean that the credentials or role used to connect NetSuite to Expensify does not have the necessary permissions set within NetSuite. You can find setup instructions for configuring permissions in NetSuite during the connection process for SSO here, and token based authentication here.
Assuming the permissions are configured correctly, here are some other troubleshooting steps to take:
- Make sure that the report submitter exists in the subsidiary set on the policy and that their Expensify email address is an exact match to the email on the Employee Record
- If both of the above are true, then try toggling off "Automatically create vendors/employees" under the Advanced tab of the NetSuite configuration window. Then try exporting the report again.
Hopefully these troubleshooting tips do the trick! If you're still running into an error after giving these a try, you'll want to reach out to concie[email protected] so we can take a deeper look into your policy.
