I currently have a paid subscription but my use is simple and I could get by with the free version. How do I do this and keep my data.
It looks like you’ve committed to an Annual Subscription which isn’t over yet. You’ll need to see out this subscription before you can either switch to the Pay-per-use option, or downgrade your account completely.
You can find your current renewal date from the Settings > Policies > Group > Subscriptions settings beside the Auto-Renew toggle. As long as this toggle is off, your subscription won’t renew and you’ll be able to carry on billing at the Pay-per-use rate, switch your policies to Collect from Control or just delete your last policy then if you’re leaving us.
