Expensify Sync Manager not working with Quickbooks Desktop

Hi,
I have been using expensify sync manager to connect to quickbooks desktop 2017 for over a year, and it has been working great. Today, when I try to connect, I get the typical connection error which tells me to check that quickbooks is running and to click edit and save on the connection token.
I have tried editing and saving the token, and I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the sync manager. The status says "Logged in" but does not say connected.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Instead of updating the QuickBooks side first, I’d suggest starting by disconnecting the Policy in Expensify. After, begin the process to get a new token. Please confirm if this addresses the issue, and only one Sync Manager is running.
