Mileage Cap

I think Expensify should add a mileage cap option to their site. We are reimbursing mileage up to a specific amount but there is no way to regulate that through Expensify now.

Thanks for the suggestion, @EVunited! While there isn't a specific mileage cap feature, there are a few ways that you can manage limits in Expensify.

The first is to enable Violations on your team's policy. This allows you to set a limit on individual expense amounts. For more, take a look at this help doc.

I'd also recommend setting a default category for your mileage expenses. Once you do that, you can set a limit on that specific category. For more on that, take a look here.

You can also set a manual reimbursement amount so that reimbursement isn't automatically made over a certain amount. You can read about that here.

It looks like most of these features are only for the upgraded plan....not the basic plan. Is that correct??

@EVunited - The manual reimbursement threshold is available on Collect policies, but the other features can only be accessed on Control policies.
