In order to be eligible for this you needed to apply to join the Expensify.org/hunger policy and have submitted a report before 1 July 2020. If you haven't done either of these then unfortunately the programme is now closed to new submissions. I can appreciate this may be a disappointing reply, but we have prioritised applicants who did apply to join the policy and submitted the receipts when the campaign opened.

Hi there 👋🏽 Unfotunately we are no longer accepting new participants for the Expensify.org/hunger campaign, as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. As of July 1, 2020, we will no longer accept new report submissions from existing policy members. Thanks for your understanding!

I am not a new customer I've had an open file with you guys since March or April I just didn't know how to upload my receipt thank you

They said they are not taking new customers but the ones that did a play in The Mark time can still submit the receipt

@Ang you didn't upload your receipt before the deadline. They're no longer taking them as stated in their reply.

Unfortunately, as this was not uploaded before the July 1st deadline, the Report cannot have been submitted and the program is now closed to new participants and new report submissions.
I'm sorry for any disappointment here and I hope you are staying safe.

I submitted my receipt May 16. It instantly said closed. I'm confused bout why I didn't qualify.
