How can I see un-reported expenses in my policy?

Hello,
I am the admin in my company policy. I wonder if there is a way to see all unreported expenses that employees have not submitted yet?
Apparently, I can only see unreported reports. But if the expenses are not yet added to a report, I cannot see or know to ask my team to submit them.

@Accounting_Stok - you can't see other peoples unreported expenses only Open Reports where the expense has been added.
They would have to make you a co-pilot for their account for you to see those.

Hello @Accounting_Stok, great discussion here. A feature you might find helpful is Scheduled Submit, which places new expenses on a report for your employees automatically.
You'll be able to set the submission frequency, choosing from daily, weekly, twice monthly, monthly, by trip, or manual. Whichever you choose, you won't need to ask employees to add expenses to reports because we'll do it for them.
