Assign user to see reports pending export in their inbox

Hi,

I currently see reports which are approved but pending export in by Inbox. How can I add our Accounting Manager to also see these reports in her inbox, until they are exported?

    Hi @DaveCWS - it sounds like you are the Preferred Exporter in your company's Expensify policy. To change the preferred exported to another policy admin, go to Settings > Policies > Group > [policy name] > Connections, then click Configure under QuickBooks Desktop, and change the Preferred Exporter.
