Can an exact time of day be specified for Scheduled Submit (monthly)?
I have set our company policy to automatically submit everyone's expense reports on 21st of each month. However, I would like to be able to specify what time this happens, so that this happens overnight UK time (i.e. just after 00:00 UTC on 21st). I don't believe that this functionality exists, but would be happy to be corrected on this.
Even without this functionality, I don't know what time UTC that the monthly submission takes place, so it would be helpful if someone could advise me on this.

Hi @iii_NickB - you're totally right, this isn't available right now. Every report in our system which is scheduled for submission on a day is queued up to be submitted from 7pm PST on that day, so in effect it's around 02:00 UTC. This isn't exactly when a report will be submitted though, as oftentimes that queue of reports can be quite long, so it's really any time from then.

@iii_NickB Exactly. So it sounds like submission on the 20th might best fit your use case if you want to avoid reports being submitted on the 22nd.

Just to be clear then, if a report is scheduled to submit on 21st and does so after 7pm PST, this would in effect mean that it would submit after 02:00 UTC on 22nd? That is really helpful to know, as I might need to move our submission date forward to 20th.
