I need assistance as to how to change my primary email address on my acct.

So I quite possible already set up a new acct with thew new email address.
Can I tie it now into my previous acct. I see the option of merging but with different domain names is that possible?
Hi @janbenedict - as long as both of your accounts are not managed by a domain admin, you can. Head to Settings > Account > Account Details > Merge Accounts from either, or, the one managed domain account and merge your other account into that one.
Ted, It looks like I can only merge new into old acct .

It will add the contents of the new account to the old account and list your new account email address/phone number as a Secondary Login in the old account's Settings > Account > Account Details > Secondary Logins table.

You can choose to "Make Primary" to new email address in the Secondary Logins table so long as any domain admin hasn't forced you into using the old email as the primary login.
