Expensify.org/hunger SNAP campaign status
We’re no longer accepting new participants as our focus is on reimbursing existing claims. While we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep reimbursements moving forward. If you know anyone who can donate to this campaign please encourage them to enable Personal or Corporate Karma on their Expensify account.
How-to: Send multiple invoices to customers in bulk
Sure, creating an invoice seems simple, but when it has to be manually done 172 times? Not so much!
Now you can send multiple invoices to your customers/clients in Expensify! 🎉
This feature is available to:
Group policy users: perfect for small businesses and companies who want to send invoices to clients/customers.
Individual policy users: perfect for contractors, personal business owners, anyone who want to send invoices to clients/customers.
Steps to send multiple invoices:
1) Enter all the invoice data into a CSV spreadsheet
To save you time, we've created the below CSV template. Click on the link to download the CSV template to your computer.
You can learn about the CSV template format in this support article.
Note: each spreadsheet row will be its own invoice when uploaded.
2) Once you’ve entered data into the spreadsheet, upload the CSV into Expensify.
Sign-in to the Expensify web app at www.expensify.com > click New Report > choose Bulk Import Invoices
3) Upload the CSV from your computer
4) You'll see a notification when the invoices are uploaded
5) Send the invoice for payment
If you added an email address to the Send to line, the invoice will automatically email to the client for payment.
If you didn't add an email to the Send to line, an Open Invoice will be created and available on the Reports page of the web app.
