If an expense report is taking a long time and appears to be stuck on "hold tight your e report is qued for export" for more than 5 minutes, does that indicate a problem?
Hi @JennreatJoan, thanks for reaching out! Yes, generally this would be indicative of some sort of issue, since the process is pretty quick. I took a quick look into your account and see a few potential blockers. However, I think it would be easier to work through this with you via Concierge. Click the blue chat bubble within that app or send an email to [email protected] It would also be super helpful if you include the Report IDs of the reports you attempted to export – these can be found in the top left corner of the expense report.
