Export to NetSuite not using the correct account

This is an issue for Chase credit cards linked to NetSuite accounts. There are no export errors being reported but expenses reports for multiple people are not going to the account that the card is mapped to in NetSuite but to a suspense account.
We have tried resaving the mapping details in NetSuite but the problem continues to happen.
Up until recently this has been working correctly.
What could be causing the issue?
