PDF file order

Would it be possible to have a PDF files where the photos reflects the order in the report. It would be Extremely useful for Paper reviewer as they would not have to reorder by hand the whole file. The reviewers would just have to print the first page and then go though each photo in the pdf in the same order as the list.

Having the pdf file in the order they where scanned is really useless.
