Expensify Integration with FinancialForce PSA (User Access and Security)

For the Expensify Integration with FinancialForce PSA, please limit the Projects and Assignments which come up for a Resource/User. Right now, if you have access to view all Projects and Assignments, all the available records appear for selection for an expense report within Expensify; it's not considering the individual logged in and making sure they only select their available records. Please provide an approach to limit the Assignments that are available for a given Resource's Expense Report.

Note: We also have Resource's which do not have the view all permissions but they still see all the records from FinancialForce PSA. These users' access to Assignments via the Community is setup correctly to restrict their access and they shouldn't be able to see all records but they can from Expensify.

Hi @ChristinaDouglas - You can disable certain Project tags from view at the Expensify Policy level by going to Settings > Policies > [policy name] > Tags and disabling individual tags to remove it from the dropdown for employee selection (if you have multiple levels of tags, you'll need to click "Edit" next to the tag level to disable individual tags).

It's not possible to have different tags available for selection for different users within the same policy.
