Advanced API access

Our clients are sending an email to [email protected] to request Advanced API access so we can push transactions from our system via the Expensify API. Sometimes a human responds and quickly approves, but other clients keep on receiving bot responses and have to keep on emailing to finally get a human.
Is there another way or email address to get our clients approved for Advanced API access?
Thanks

Hi @galbus, could you please clarify what you are trying to do with the API that requires getting your clients approved by the Expensify team?

We are sending transactions into Expensify using the Expense Creator. When we first set ourselves up we were told that each customer needs to request Advanced API to push these transactions.
Is that not accurate?

Hi @galbus in the future could you have them email [email protected] and reference this community post each time?
In that message also confirm that whomever is requesting this meets the requirements:
- Make sure you're set up correctly, (using a verified domain, are a Domain Admin, are a Policy Admin.
- Validate you are authorized internally to add data to other accounts on your domain.

Thanks Ted, This is very helpful.
Can you help me with the specific verbiage they should use to reference the post?
should they copy the link or something else?
I need to write explicit instructions so many users can easily carry out this task.
Thanks Orna

Ted - I just email the concierge referencing the link you asked me to and this is there response:
"It looks as though Ted is responding to your question in the community page as we speak! Head on over again and take a look!"
Please provide me with specific verbiage or a person that can provide clients with Advanced API capabilities
thanks

Maybe just something like:
I'm writing to c[email protected] to request that I am given access to the Expense Creator API for [domain.com]. I can confirm that I am a domain admin on the verified domain [domain.com]. This is in line with the process outlined by Ted Harris on the Expensify Community here and here.
I acknowledge this will give me full access to create cash type expenses for all domain members of [domain.com] and that we will need to sign a third-party release form if I am not directly a member of that domain myself.
I've CC'd in a domain admin from that domain who is a domain member to confirm this as well.
Please send back a link to the data release form for us to sign and have your engineering team whitelist my account to create expenses for these domain members in the next 5 working days.
What you've made me realise here though it we might need a better process for this. I'll see if we can streamline this anymore at all with some sort of form instead, but for now - that should do.

Thanks Ted! I appreciate this. I will forward this to my client and have them send it directly to the concierge.
